Each portrait is individually designed and hand-carved by an artisan, with careful attention to the features and character captured in your photograph.

Your custom design is prepared and shared with you for approval before hand carving begins.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order and provide your pet's photograph.
2. We review the photograph to make sure it is suitable for the portrait.
3. We prepare your custom design.
4. You review the design and request any necessary adjustments.
5. Once you approve the design, hand carving begins.
6. Your finished portrait is inspected and prepared for shipping.

HANDCRAFTED IN APPROXIMATELY 10–14 DAYS

Production typically takes approximately 10–14 days after your custom design has been approved.

Because each portrait is individually hand-carved, subtle variations may occur from one piece to another. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process.

PHOTO GUIDELINES

For the best result, please provide a clear photograph showing your pet's face and distinctive features.

We recommend avoiding photographs that are heavily blurred, very dark, or heavily filtered.

MADE TO ORDER

Every KUEON portrait is created specifically for the customer who orders it.

Production begins only after you approve your custom design.

Because this is a made-to-order personalized product, orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind once hand carving has begun.
