Production

Each KUEON portrait is made to order.

Production typically takes approximately 10–14 days after your custom design has been approved.

Shipping

Once your portrait is completed and inspected, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. KUEON is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged Packages

If your portrait arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
