Every KUEON portrait is custom-designed and handcrafted specifically for you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before hand carving begins.

Once you approve your custom design and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your portrait arrives damaged or has a confirmed craftsmanship issue, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Handmade Variations

Because each portrait is individually handcrafted, slight variations in texture, color, and carving are natural and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
