By using KUEON's website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders
All KUEON portraits are made to order and personalized from customer-provided photographs. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and photographs they have the right to use.

Design Approval
A custom design will be provided for review before production. Once the design is approved and hand carving begins, the order cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.

Production & Shipping
Production typically takes approximately 10–14 days after design approval. Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. If your order arrives damaged or has a confirmed craftsmanship issue, please contact us.

Handcrafted Products
Slight variations in texture, color, and carving are natural characteristics of handmade products.

Intellectual Property
KUEON's name, logo, images, designs, and website content may not be used without permission.
